Ingredients
- 1 lb bone in skin on chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Coat chicken thighs and air fry at 400f for 18 minutes. Spray oil on both sides and turn half way
