Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes
- 2 bacon strips, chopped
- shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt n pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bake potato until it's done, then cut in half and scoop out insides.
- mix in all the ingredients until smooth, then fill the empty shells and broil until the top is golden brown.
