Ingredients
- 113g Salted butter
- 120g powder sugar
- 120g flour
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1 can condense milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp molasses
- 1 tsp baking powder

- pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Brown butter in pan over medium heat, swirl constantly to avoid burning the milk solids.
- When the butter smells sweet of caramel, stir in the cocoa powder and let boil for a minute, then take off heat.
- Stir in condensed milk, then sugar and mix until all dissolved.
- Stir in vanilla extract, molasses, baking powder, and egg until all fully mixed.
- Mix in flour, and if adding chocolate, let the mixture cool for 20 minutes first.
- Bake at 325f for 40 minutes, or until centre is gooey but not fully set.
